EURGBP - Potential Long Opportunity on the 15 minute chart

EURGBP is getting close to breaking out but would need to move above .84185 on the 15-minute chart to do so. The lower band stop is currently at .84048 and has moved up also signally the possibility that EURGBP might be able to get above .84185.
