EUC breaking out

EUC is breaking over longterm downtrend on 5M volume , few days ago was a massive crosstrade which took the seller out .
17M MC with 14M cash on hand, plenty of money to acquire great project.
if 2.7c breaks, could be heading towards 4c previous support.
