ETH/USDT Failed to breakout but i see further upside.

A lot of traders believe we will go down to test the $1400 region.

By looking at inflows into ethereum and other cryptos and also the technicality of the trade , i have a bullish bias towards 1900-2000 region. My time frame on the trade might be off but i think we will continue upwards after potentially a dip to 1650 region. Bollinger bands show us the lower boundary and the upper boundary of potential price movement.

Sentiment is signficantly better than it was a month ago.
