ETH set for the next run?

For the past 36 hours ETH has been sitting on the 0.618 level.

Given the current state of geopolitical affairs I am not looking at the 1 day chart for an entry. I am sticking to the 4 hour.
Confirmation in volume and a clean solid push above 2990 and I will be getting into a long trade.

Hopeful entry: 2995
Targets: 3280 / 3420 / 3700 / 3990
Stop loss: 2860
Risk:Reward ratio is 1:8
