Yay! Ethereum appears to be on the rise again! We've all been looking forward to this moment. It's been a long and treacherous winter, but that doesn't mean that it's over.

As overall market uncertainty remains stable in the news we could be experiencing: 1) the uptick before another massive bullish wave; 2) a brief reprieve from winter's ferocious chill. Either way, let's enjoy it while it lasts!
Some interesting news has been realized in the space lifting up the outlook, but I wouldn't say that we are outta the storm. More decisions need to be made and more movement on price as far as technical standards are concerned.
