Not too concerned about the price action we're seeing. We hit previous reference highs and managed to stay above average during the reset; all good signs imo.
Based on prior evaluation, here are a few scenarios I put together from best to worst:
1. A drop to lower black line would likely trigger crossover but it could be the best scenario. As support comes back into play, we could see a continuance of sideways action to push us through to the next divergence period.
2. A push to dashed black line would extend the transition period but also allow more volatility. Therefore, we could see a lot of price action between dashed line and average line while achieving similar results.
3. A push above dashed black line would extend the transition period with a higher chance to force a hard reset. This is still a good outcome imo.
4. A drop below lower black line would trigger crossover and likely an extended dip.
Tomorrow's post will be on the daily to give a broad sense on where I feel we're headed. Please remember this is not financial advice and always DYOR.
