Etherium wave 3

Etherium has started its next impulse wave. Expecting it to hit 583 before resistance sets it. The 1.618 levels and the resistance levels are quite close - 581 vs 583. I am expecting it to bounce of 580 though a whole number. It is about to break out of the bollinger upper limit, so the climb should be quick.
