Is ETH/USD setup right for a potential bull breakout?

With the current setup and an increasing 4 hour bull volume surge next few intervals we have a "possibility" of a price breakout $900 USD upward.

BTC/USD setting to do a 4 hour Bull MACD cross is only going to favour this possibility.

Will have to see how it plays out over night.
