Ethereum accumulation since the bottom

Prices for Ethereum digital asset has been in decline as of late however the money flow paints a different picture. The inflow has been steady with a sharp rise recently. This could indicate that the price might go higher in the near future. Perhaps we will test $200 in March, April of 2019?
