$ETH - Will Ethereum reach its All Time High?

Ethereum is still on a slow rise and has been so over the last few hours. Is there a possibility of reaching its all time high again? I think so actually. May not shoot up as the incline has been steady and not steep but i think with the news of its Weiss ratings it has given the boost Ethereum needs.
