ETCBTC. All indicators showing bullish divergence.

The price is down trending, but MACD, RSI, Stoch RSI all up-trending. This is the bullish divergence. While other coins are already giving 2x returns, ETC hasn't moved at all in that perspective I am watching closely. Currently 0.23 fibb is solid support, the question is when will it pump?
