Cup & Handle found inside ETC to complete the Adam & Eve bottom.

I'm noticing that now that there are almost no traders left in the market (bear market has destroyed probably 99%), all the TA patterns are playing out.
Is the billion dollar algorithm toying with us, now that using TA has killed every trader that trades on TA? I can't imagine many are left, with the amount of fakeouts we've had.

Or is this simply how the market goes and there is no manipulation?
Or is the market just a game of manipulation and game theory?

I think it's the latter.
Anyways, make that money on ETC. We have a lot of portfolio rebuilding to do from this bear market.
