sp 500. dying market. seasonal bearishness or gov shutdown?

been not looking at charts much lately. trying to get back into the groove. getting into politics more and it's been a very depressing revelation.

anyway, markets are looking like s***. it might be in for a rebound at any given area of previous demand. September is a seasonal bear month, and so far is meeting expectations. the US gov is in danger of defaulting on their debt in 2 weeks, and will most likely avoid doing so by printing more money. Suddenly I remember why Bali sounds so appealing.
