Cup and handle again in ESQ1!

Looks like we are here again, ready to break to new highs and then more. In the end, the mkt is clear, they trust FED will be accomodative and ready to change in a dime. The FED is managing ESQ1! preaty well, wealth effect is their primary monetary policy.
