Is EOS ready to explode here or is there trouble ahead?

EOS/USD has made quite a nice move up and I believe we are headed to $3.20-$3.40 zone highlighted in the chart. Question is...do we continue to rally or just create yet another lower high? I am cautiously long here as we broke out above the cloud but we should see some reaction at the highlighted zone.
