But be cautious, they have many issues to iron out.
Some deep pullbacks to be expected, and can be potential opportunities to add to positions.

Appears to be ranging for the next near future. I will put my money to work elsewhere and get involved again when it begins to move.

Perhaps it will just creep up from 117 to 130 over the next year or two. boring.
