EFGN - 1MDB Scandal going on since 2 years

The 1MDB scandal has been going on for years.

EFG acquired the BSI - Banca della Svizzera Italiana in 2016. This was dissolved because of the complications in the 1MDB scandal on the part of the FINMA (Swiss supervision).
Is now the next bankruptcy candidate?
