USD DXY INDEX Maybe be in trouble

While the pattern is not yet confirmed, it sure does look like a duck that is about to sink for a correction. If true, this may be bullish for emerging markets, while bearish for developed economies like EU specifically Germany, Japan who need weak currencies to keep exports going. Mixed bag for sure, especially this late in the cycle which could also mean a recession that will kick in automatic stabilizers increase deficits which would also justify a lower dollar. We definitely need more data to make any kind of determination as to the cause. Way too early to tell, just want to make people aware.
