Maybe many will disagree, but DXY is mainly EUR & GBP
So ultimately it is the tradeoff of "where do we store cash" between the 2 biggest economical powers.
"No BREXIT"+ Mutant thing = bad for EU = bad forEUR
No stimulus package = bad for US economy = bad for USD
