DOGE: is it time to shine again?

Could it be time for DOGE to break upwards? Looks like something is boiling recently.

With the new acquisition of twitter by Elon Musk, we can expect more implementations of DOGECOIN in the application.

This could be the reason why DOGE is recently looking bullish and it's PA is very close to a major break out.
