Ascending Triangle? Possible breakout?

Wanted to get advanced traders thoughts on this possible ascending triangle. It is setting on its 21 day moving average and also looks kind of like Bullish Flag Pennant.

Looks like it is set to break out.

Actually it seems to look more like a symmetrical triangle... not an ascending triangle.
