shown as target although it could range from 38.2% to 100%.

If the DJI were to retest the top rail of the triangle, then the only two Fibonacci retracement levels are 61.8%, 76.4% and 100%. The 38.2 and 50% requires the DJI to go back in time to retest the trend line.

I really doubt that the trendline will be tested. It needs to bust through three Fibonacci levels to get there, 23.6, 38.2, and 50%.
