RSI VERY OVERSOLD on BTC/DCR? Incoming Massive Run Up?

Decred on the weekly BTC/USD has massively undersold RSI.
Same levels as back in Dec 2016 before the beginning of a massive run-up.
I wouldn't underestimate the one.
