CVET Breakout Incoming?

Adding to my position here in anticipation of a bounce off of previous resistance, turning it into support. Will fully Long when/if breakout is confirmed. It also looks like a massive inverted H&S--if confirmed and neckline breaks, we are looking at ~20/share and attempting to close the gap.
