Consider Adding

Keeping above the 200p moving average is a good signal. Some down move can be expected when a stock is bouncing up from the lows, so not get frustrated if we see some selling again - could retest ~$7 level but the probability is small. CLNE is about 3% of my portfolio right now. Will increase to 5% if we get the upside momentum.
