CELR correcting

It looks to me like CELR is correcting. I suspect a re-test of either of the two support lines shown. Hopefully the second support will test and then bounce.

I do admit, I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for this to play out. Though we don't yet know if the support will hold.
