Based on my analysis and the indicator, the candles start going down. ( Hell and Sell -2 )

Therefore,

If you have BTS, you may sell it.

if you wanna buy it, you wait for the dashed line because after the candle crush the yellow line(the resistance line/0.03820) starts going down at the dashed line.
