btc/usdt bearish signals maybe

It's just a thing I saw in charts and maybe not correct
but it seems there is bearish divergences in the RSI and price action which maybe interpret as a signal. and also you can see an M pattern in the 1 hour.
if this scenario be correct we may see 45-48 again
BUT!! If btc break above this scenario will be invalidated
