Please see analysis on 1h frame. I think BTC about to rip up..Bullish!

Besides the inverse head and shoulders that will likely finish soon, the bigger pattern is a form of cup and handle or could also be considered inverse Adam and Eve, maybe a mix of those patterns. I do not see this as a flag pattern. However, the bigger pattern difficult to pinoint. The right shoulder of the inverse HnS however should be finishing allowing for a nice move up.
