personal outlook :

If HV rises above 40 .90 and NVT stays red we will have a blow off top around 20K+
if HV rises above 40 .90 and NVT turns white. we will have a local top and i expect a 20%+ correction.

also the stoch RSI must not cross. all combined and we might know the direction.
