BTC Bullish cyper in ranging market

in the daily timeframe it is clear that BTC is making a downtrend and in the 4h timeframe BTC is making a sideways market. I see a bullish harmonic pattern which is a bullish cyper, correct me if I'm wrong. Hopefully it can be a reference for you.
