Small Resistance from Historic Data last Tested 08/03 to 11/03

Looks like we are in a small test area that needs to push through, I am looking for a strong push and close above the $9900 mark to setup for the next target which is around $10300 - $10500.
The resistance area was taken from the previous area between 8 March and 11 March 2018.

With it being the weekend, where the BTC price has always declined/stagnated slightly in price and market cap i would assume that its time to look for an entry point on the alts, only for a short trade.
I will probably add to my LONG position if the close is above the indicated area by the end of the weekend.
