What Happens When Negative News Are Ineffective?

Let's start by looking at some of the negative events that are affecting our markets and the world.

• We have bad inflation numbers as US CPI hits 9.1, worst numbers since 40 years (according to news sources).
  
  
• In Eastern Europe there is still war.
  
  
• Celsius, Voyager and the rest are going bankrupt.
  
  
• The major US Indexes have been dropping for months and months.
  
  
• Cryptocurrency Market sentiment at Extreme Fear.
  
  
• Kazakhstan increases Bitcoin mining tax rates.
  
  
• Worst performance ever for Bitcoin after 13 straight weeks of red.

Bitcoin hit a low 18-June at $17592.
In the crypto-space, this is basically 2-3 years (less than 1 month ago).

As Bitcoin recovers and all the bad news start to pile up, yesterday we saw a drop that ended up in a higher low.

When you see this magnitude of bad news, the market is set to drop and break the last support.

We have all these bearish signals yet Bitcoin closed in a higher low.

This tells us that the bears have no strength anymore...

When you see this happening prepare, because everything will turn.

On the technical side, we admit as usual that it is still early but we always get in early to enjoy low risk with high potential rewards.

As prices move above EMA10 daily, we no longer worry about the news, we have technical support.

A close above $20,450 today and this level is considered conquered.

Switching the short-term potential from bearish to bullish...

Slowly but surely Bitcoin is moving up.

Patience is key...

Can we say we win?

The bears are still lurking and saying this is a fakeout but if it was a fakeout, how could have we been seeing it coming all along?

Ok... We wait but positioned/prepared/ready for what's to come.

Good morning.

As you can see here my friends, Bitcoin is now moving above EMA21.
A close today above this level sends us to $24,000 and beyond, around $28,000...
