I think BTC is following the bars pattern between 2017-07-16, 2017-12-17 which shows a start of a strong bull market.
After hitting 8.3 ,It will first test around 10.4-10.3 and retrace to 9.2.
13.7 and 17.2 will follow after 9.2
After hitting 17.2 I expect a retracement to 12.6 and a big bull run to 30Ks after this.
