BTC Broken weekly pendant broken 12900 10900 targets

I've given a few updates of why I'm anticipating a 5-11k BTC price and showed it a few ways but this time I'll highlight the broken pendant structure from first drop at 17700 on the weekly.
We have a clear resistance at 17700 to break thru.
Taking the broken pendant structure we have 2 targets to aim for
1st entry right under 13k and 2nd target right under 11k to complete this pendant .
Invalid with weekly close above 19100-19300 range.
