Cypher + Head Shoulder possible pattern on BTC

A cypher and a possible head and shoulder pattern seems to be drawing out on BTC. Be ready to short in the 7150 - 7200 range. Stop loss placed above 7300.
Target is in the 6800 zone with additional downside potential.
