Altseason predictions based on BTC and DOGE

Used DOGEBTC as an indicator for altseason.
Put DOGE as an overlay on top of BTC and highlighted the altseason periods.
Then redrawed the BTC trend according to previous bull-run and highlighted the same altseason periods.
