#BTC Pennant = Rise to $10,900

BTC often defies TA and RSI is pretty oversold so maybe it'll consolidate in the $9,100-$9,500 a bit before a breakout upward. We'll see if it does something crazy and breaks out despite being oversold.

Flagpole from $6,800 to $8,200 so price target is $10,900 (based on the $1,400 difference).
