BTC USDT - Compare with current Bitcoin scenario - 12000 or ?

I can see some similarities between present Bitcoin chart and this fractal from 2018, None the less we are on a verge of breakout.
We mustn't forget the risks in any case. 8300 is pretty much possible and 12000 could also be the next stop.
