Bitcoin H&S forming and soon will soar higher

Signs point out to an H&S forming on the 4H, BTC seems to form another bullish wedge and will rebound.
A test of the 200 MA looks healthy but if it does not hold, it will go to -4000$ and all hodlers will be in debt :)
