On this sunday 10th March or 17th march BTC will touch 100 Week EMA. News article Next day will be saying OMG BTC has crossed a significant psychological level. Making public FOMO on BTC with in turn make the price rise upto 4200-4300 before next significant drop.

i forgot to mention declining weekly volumes, they will also mention the rise in bitcoin address which are useless in my opinion.
