Moves seems same but in a bit smaller scale. Final up move of this pattern should be almost excaly at breakout point. If candle can close above resistance then price would go up to about 3900 based on fractal proportions. With enough volume it could reach about 4200 which is the neck of IH&S. If candle close below support at breakout point we can expect fall down to 3200.
