BTC breaking down soon?? I think?

If we breeak 18600 i think we will be dropping to 17k, not immediately but maybe over the next 24 hours. It's all part of a massive rising wedge on the 4hour that will be going back up in the third wave to break 20k. Tell me if you agree or disagree and why :)
