Analyzing previous cycles it's apparent that the income of institutions and other big players has completely shifted market structure for Bitcoin. From a fear and greed retail trading environment with predictable patterns, to a massively manipulated market with many manipulated patterns such as Wyckoff playing out, I do not believe that this in the long term will change the overal cycle, and I believe the top is not in yet.
