Be aware of weekly candles !

hello there,
I think a lot of people think bitcoin in on it's way to reach a new ATH , especially with halving coming up ,
but in the weekly chart, price is still bellow the up trending line,
if price breaks that , and also breaks the ATH , we can be confidence about having a new and high ATH,
until then , it's probable for price to reach 40k and then 31k.
