BTC vs ETH Fractal (Y21.P6.E1)

Before I went to sleep a thought came to my mind.
Is ETH leading the way in terms of trend for BTC?

They look very similar except for some minor details, BTC being slightly more bearish.
Again the reasons come, why is ETH breaking up and holding?
