Someone is trying to pump up BTC, Whales?

On WEX exchange, someone is trying to pump up BTC to $8,400 range. If this is done by whale, BTC price will go up to $8,000 range soon. If this is the work of guy who bought BTC above $10,000, he will lose.

Looking at the other exchanges showing all strong sell, he may lose again by the arbitragers.
