BTC, New lows??

Looks like the BTC is still in Bear phase.
Making Lower Lows and Lower Highs in the weekly charts.

Next support @ 18350, if that holds we might have a long term bottom, or else we are in for a New Low

Things i'm looking at:
Cost of Machinery (Processors, Space, etc)
Cost of Power (avg. around the globe)
