Expecting a bullish reversal in October, slowly

We are approaching upward support in price and the daily RSI is approaching oversold territory. I think after another week or two of bearish price action we can expect a reversal in the markets. I just don't expect prices to rise as swiftly as some other analysts are saying. A slow recovery toward all time highs throughout the winter, and then another hyper-bullish spring. Or I could be completely wrong. Cheers!
