Everything would indicate that there is no strength to keep going up, that there is no more gas. Since the miners began to sell their positions in December, an exit bubble was created to close positions. Once they finish liquidating enough (see MPI index (miners position index)), I believe that the price will be corrected to the level that the market considers it should be.
Obviously if the US continues to expand its quantitative plan there is no doubt that commodities and crypto will benefit.
